Low impact development refers to the Low Impact Development (LID) program, which establishes requirements for stormwater and urban runoff control. The program is administered by LA Sanitation and Environment (LASAN) and is authorized by Chapter VI., Sec. 64.72. (Stormwater and Urban Runoff Pollution Control Measures for Development Planning and Construction Activities) of this Code.
